If you would like to see the special events which will take place in the Lynton area in 2012, so you can plan your holiday accordingly, please CLICK HERE Prices are FULLY INCLUSIVE for up to six people and one baby ie no hidden extra charges. There is a discount of 10% off the advertised price for one or two people using one bedroom, and a discount of 5% for four people or fewer using two bedrooms. Bed linen, towels, electricity & heating and dishwasher & washing machine powders are provided. A high chair, cot and baby bath are provided free of charge. Please bring your own beach towels. A welcome pack of local produce is included for bookings of a week or more. Guests are asked to arrive at West Ilkerton after 2pm and to leave before 10am. The prices shown below are for a week for five or six people. A discount of £50 is available for each additional consecutive week booked at any time of year (two weeks have £50 off the total price, three weeks have £100 off, and so on). Clean sheets and towels will be provided each week, but no house cleaning service will be provided. Discount of 10% off the advertised price for one or two people using one bedroom. Discount of 5% for four people or fewer using two bedrooms. One or two well-behaved dogs are allowed free of charge provided they give us no extra work (please read and abide by the booking conditions). A deposit for 25% of the total cost of the holiday is required with any booking. Deposits are non-refundable, and if you cancel your holiday you could be faced with paying the whole balance if we can't re-book the cottage. Holiday cancellation insurance is strongly recommended. The short break season is shown in blue type. During this time short breaks (Friday to Monday or Monday to Friday) can be booked for 70% of the cost of a whole week

The weekly booking season is shown in red type. During this time bookings can be made from Friday to Friday only. Short breaks may be possible as last-minute bookings. Please ask if a short break option is not shown.
