West Ilkerton Farm Vacancies and Prices 2008 & 2009

	Prices are FULLY INCLUSIVE for up to six people and one baby ie no hidden extra charges for heat, light, towels, linen, cleaning or well-behaved dogs.
	Bed linen, towels, electricity/heating and all cleaning materials are provided (Please bring your own beach towels).
	A high chair, cot and baby bath are provided free of charge.
	A welcome pack of local produce is included for bookings of a week or more.
	A discount of £20 is available for each additional consecutive week booked at any time of year (two weeks have £20 off the total price, three weeks have £40 and so on). One or two people using only one bedroom can have an additional discount of £30 / week at any time of year.
	Well-behaved dogs are allowed free of charge provided they give us no extra work (please see booking conditions).
	Guests are asked to arrive at West Ilkerton after 1pm and to leave before 10am.

The short break season is shown in blue type. During this time short breaks (Friday to Monday or Monday to Friday) can be booked for half the cost of the full week plus £30 in 2008, or plus £40 in 2009.

The weekly booking season is shown in red type. During this time bookings can be made from Friday to Friday only.
